Cancellation policy:
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order and receive a full refund, with no cancellation fees. For urgent orders cancellations will not be possible.

Damages and Issues
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us via email at Hello@nautt.ae within 24 hours of receipt. To amend the issue promptly, kindly attach images of the item received. We will take the necessary steps to make it right.
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a pickup for the item.
